Returns

Change your mind about a product you bought on our website?  If so, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item(s) must be new and unused, including all parts, accessories and manuals
  • Item(s) must be in original Bumbo packaging in which it was received
  • Please note that it may take up to 1 week for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment
  • Items must match what was originally ordered
  • Any “Parts” that are purchased are NOT REFUNDABLE
  • Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE

To start a return, please contact us at info@bumbousa.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bumbousa.com.
