BUMBO 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Bumbo Distribution USA, LLC (“Bumbo”), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bumbo product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 90 days of the date of purchase. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Bumbo 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Claim the Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your Bumbo product, please first contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product.  If you are unable to resolve your request with the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product, please email info@bumbousa.com to submit a Guarantee request and include your contact information along with information regarding where and when you purchased your product and why you are unsatisfied with the product.  You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, provide date codes and manufacturing information found on the bottom of the product, submit photos of your product or its packaging, return your product to Bumbo, or provide other information to assist Bumbo in processing your request.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 90 days of the date of original purchase.  If you are asked to return your product to Bumbo, we will provide a shipping label covering the costs of shipping. 

Guarantee Guidelines 

Bumbo reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Bumbo concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.  Bumbo may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
